At Gravity every ski and board that Kevin tunes gets the same precision finish.
After each stage of the tuning process Kevin examines the results for accuracy.
The ski or board is then hand waxed, to a polished finish.

Precision stone grinding and belt sanding is done with Grindrites ST1800XL by Wintersteiger.
Precision edge beveling on every ski and board is done on the Wintrsteiger Grindrite ST 500
P-Tex repair is done with the Skimender RP360 a high-performance ski and snowboard repair welder. At 500 degrees, the temperature of the heated nozzle iron actually welds the repair material to the base, making the ultimate permanent repair that will outlast all others.
